He could have been a great president though, if not for Monica and his other problems.

I really take issue with this. Clinton NEVER had the makings of a great president. His fundamental flaws, LYING and CORRUPTION, would have prevented him from having any chance at achieving greatness. I do not believe we have come to a time where history will remember a chronic liar as great, no matter what.

When you speak of Great Presidents, I think of Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, Reagan, people like this. Clinton simply did not have the underlying components to have ever been in this league.

Other than that, I agree with you most of the time...
