Rising unemployment rate, frank recession, pushout of any economic recovery until mid-2002 (at best), and retrenchment of consumer spending as the underpinning of the economy all contribute to the probability that we will retest or break through Friday's lows in October. It is likely that the indices may decline 15% from current levels in October. This is what will continue to keep me in cash. Once the market either successfully retests the lows or breaks through them to establish new lows, I will be buying aggressively. This will be the MOABO. Not yet, though.
