You could call the Ethiopian Embassy and ask for advice, or the Ethiopian office at the U.N. I have a feeling that you are not going to find such a thing as a biology text in Ethiopian. There are over 80 living languages spoken in Ethiopia, for starters. Some links that may be helpful: worldlanguage.com Below is something called The Ethiopian Biology Forum.
