You're setting new conditions and imposing arbitrary deadlines. You getting nervous? LOL, no not nervous at this point. the conditions I requested are because if there is some irregularity in some intraday movement I don't think it fair for either side to be penalized. Thus my closing price suggestion. Further if one were to want trade off those numbers , they would have to be sitting at the computer all day. I do not do that. I don't believe it's healthy to stare at a screen all day(though I'm guilty of doing so on a few occasions-CIEN earnings come to mind(g)) You wanna exclude Fridays and the 2nd Tuesday of each month? How about we just exclude saturdays, sundays, and the second Tuesday of each week(g) Note again, it's the bid or ask, which one? I suggest the last trade of judgment day. Truthfully, I doubt it will really matter because which ever the price is at the time, I imagine it will erode further or move up stronger. P.S> If you had real guts, you'd join Hank and give me a buffer to 72! (g), LOL. JUST KIDDING. 25 or 69 is the deal. Best to you.
