Hi jhild,

Looks like people are trying to WAG the unnamed deceased party mentioned in the SEC press release. My guess is the old guy from Texas that may have partnered with Tow in those tax lien purchases, though for the life of me I can't recall the guy's name.

The rumor I heard involved the PR guy and mentioned that he had been paid by someone to release a bad sounding PR. I have no idea whether or not it was true..........I 'm sure the SEC looked into it and made a decision based on the facts.
So many rumors were flying around......it's hard to tell what was true and what was false. At this point it only matters that some justice has been distributed.
