Chartcraft's take...... We would liked to have seen a lower market yesterday (9/24) as Monday up days in Bear markets are just usually chances to get out. Lower Mondays set up the possibility of lots of selling climaxes and that is what we are hoping for. Other positives here would be a reversal in the NYSE Bullish % and up moves in the stocks above their 10 week Moving Averages to above 30%. In stock action Monday, more buys and sells, but only little change in NYSE Bullish %.
