I wouldn't be surprised to see Landry and Bouchard, (he must have slipped off the top of that building) selling missiles and F-16's to the Taliban. They are brothers under the skin. Quebec has historically been a dissenter when it came to defending anything but its own interests. (How much do you want to bet that Parizeau made the bombs and Bouchard planted them back in the FLQ days. They were all in on it.)

Actually, in a similar vein, but I can't recall the exact reason, it was proposed that a few jets might do a run on Quebec during the Kosovo bombing. However, the idea was dropped when someone observed that you would just tax them. -bg-
