I know there is a TV show that shows a guy filming a tornado going over an underpass while he is there, but in general, in a car under an overpass should be a last resort.

Having said that, I am glad she is safe and I probably would have done the same thing!

Good! Very smart to take a break under shelter. Apparently the rain was torrential in that area, and there was a lot of flooding on residential streets.......
