I just realized that I typed too fast, and my number did not agree! It should be Les Folies! (chagrin)......I grew up cracking crabs, and can do it with my bare hands (sometimes I still need help with the claws). By now, I am more prone to eating softshells or crab cakes, because I don't get as much of a kick out of working for my supper....LOL!
