I think the nature and extent of this "war" is being over-blown. I don't think it needs to be all that widespread and I don't think there needs to be action against more in numbers than were killed at the WTC. You don't need to wipe out the Taliban. Just show them they were on the wrong course in supporting Ben Laden. So they have to be kept at bay while we deal with Ben. Then we can leave and they can rethink their prior actions. Their fate still rests in their own hands.
