Thanks for the forbearance. Just a little glitch, but embarrassing. The bistro is fairly casual, although still pricey enough. Often, the best items are specials. They have a great cassoulet, in a style I understand is typical of Lyons, without too many beans, and with a nice leg of duck added to the mix, but it is not on the regular menu.

Crabs are, indeed, fascinating. I worked in Ocean City one summer, and had to help boil crabs for retail sale. They would struggle to get away. One fellow ran right out of the garage where we did the boiling into the street. He was so spunky, one almost rooted for him, but then, blam, a car got him. Poor fellow, he had no idea it was coming, I am sure......
