glenn, you are nuts and bolts business person, not a fly by night hyper economy inbred sales hack. you understood the rules didn't change. rather, new resources have been added to the old rules. great job! SB, Thank you. We are very pleased. Our major concern is having adequate personnel to handle fulfillment towards the end of Q4. The new resources do work. You are correct in that one must operate in a lower gross margin business model. This means no high power expensive advertising campaigns but rather cut the fat and be lean. The consumer demands it and can/does compare.
