No, but the British Declaration - from the legal custodian of the territory - was, as were Jewish property deeds bought from Arab landlords. What legal claim do the Palestinians have on ANY part of the Levant? By way of legal documents and deeds? Aside from Transjordan, ie Jordan. There's the Palestinian state and they are welcome to it. Too bad the Hashimite bedouin rulers don't see it like that. The Arabs are NIMBY's when it comes to their muslim brothers of Palestine. Derek
