OXY gets a lot of it's revenue from Calif. gas, which is down.

There might be some risk to the dividend.

Would love to get some down around 15 or so.. yes I'm dreaming ;-)

Check the dividend on Shell RD - about 4% , but some risk.

Rory,

Lazy guy that I am, I have not gone and done what I should do to try to gauge the OSX here. Rig counts and day rates, and projections for the same, should help us find our way out of this quandary.

Any intelligence out there on dayrates and projected dayrates?

I thought inventories were pretty much sloshing over and the producers just kept pumping it out. Saudi Arabia, in order to teach the NOPEC guys a lesson (with their higher lifting costs), opened the spigots and drove the price down. After that, we had OPEC and NOPEC unity.
