They are probably getting some, just not a lot. They would be getting more of the 1.13GHz, but the numbers still won't be huge. The 1.26GHz machines are likely in more demand than the 1.13GHz ones, which have a higher supply.

Why sell a 1.2GHz P3 at desktop voltages and prices when you can sell it as a 1.13 mobile and get a higher price?

Only Jerry would do that if he could somehow damage Intel.
