David Tice of The Prudent Bear Fund puts his money where his skeptical views are. This year, his fund (BEARX: news, chart, profile), thanks in large part to short-sale positions, has risen 37 percent against a 24 percent loss for those who own the Standard & Poor's 500 Index. Tice sees further steep falls ahead for semiconductor companies, which have lost 53 percent of their value as a group in the past 52 weeks.
