IMHO you make a pretty good argument for doing a buy/write strategy these couple months. I agree if you thought I was saying I was buying now in order to write once prices increased. I will be doing a small bit of that. However, most of the buying is simply to add to long term positions at prices which look extremely low. I'll then be writing ccs against those overall long term positions rather than just the newly accumulated ones. So I'll have a bit more concern about getting called out then were I to do a straight buy/write. John
