And if we get the point when inflation rears its ugly head we all can breathe a sigh of relief because it will signal a victory in the war against terrror and a robust stock market. In this case inflation is much like democracy---its the lousiest system except for all the other others. For inflation it means its better than deflation, depression, recession and on and on.
