No. That industry is going through a long, severe downturn, and it isn't anywhere near over. The big and well capitalized will get bigger, and the smaller, niche, second or third tier companies will fade.

I bought CSCO LEAPs, when the stock was at 15.9 and 13.1. I will sell the higher-cost lot, when/if we retest 16 and 19. I will buy more LEAPs with the stock at 13 and 10. CSCO will be a survivor. In this environment, you only want to be holding certain survivors. Not "maybe's".
