Zero firsthand knowledge of the Intelligence agencies. But a lot of firsthand knowledge of working with government agencies. I've read a lot of things about our government intelligence agencies that resonates with me, that makes me say, "I recognize that behavior, I've seen it before." And those agencies, and the country in general, will be made stronger becuase of these and other criticisms. It might even be made stronger by the criticisms of Brian and Sun Tzu.
