Yes, the Cuban and Iranian missions need larger living quarters in NY.

The US taxpayer should definitely pay at least 30 percent of this cost.

I don't think that funding causes them to be on the wrong side of an issue. Too many times they align with the forces of evil in my view.

Here's a small step the UN could take - Have Kofi Anan grab the representative from slave holding, terrorist backing Sudan ( he'll probably find him in the room where the human rights committee is meeting ) and toss the ass hole into the East River.
