Powell expressed the hope that the Taliban would "come to its senses" and send Osama bin Laden out of the country. I guess the question is based on the above comments which were made on Sunday, does the Talaban constitute "key players"? I understand the main objective is bin Laden and al Qaeda, but's the Talaban was singled out quite forcefully by President Bush in his speech Thursday night.
