Art over time you can play the Big Oil much like they play the
Dogs of the Dow, I'd stay with the big ones .

As for service stocks there is only one I have
really liked, it's not exciting and this may not be the
time to buy it, but it's the best run of the service cos and it stays
away from high dept. ( drilling and service are very
cyclical when they take off they almost always borrow
to much ) then when things slow down they bleed
and bleed.
