<<How much of MRVC's present market cap represents its 53% of CWNT>>
ah-ha! that's where you have an advantage! if there's ANY future value to the 53% ownership of CWNT, it's NOT currently being represented by MRV's market cap. that's b/c the market is in absolutely NO mood to determine the FUTURE value of POSSIBLE revenue streams.... but, alas, some day....the market WILL be in the mood, yet again.

There are more likely going to be many losers. What was thought to be an inpenetrable market has shown to be almost a commodity. There are already a bunch of slugs along the road e.g., LU, NT, COMS, and the late entrants who bubbled up and popped, who couldn't make it, and imo, many more will follow. JNPR is repricing options. It doesn't appear that shareholders were very happy about it.knc

<<How much of MRVC's present market cap represents its 53% of CWNT? Not much, is my guess>>

The main point is that they have over 100 employees and are burning money with no source of income as far as I know.
