Thats just part of the brokerage house fud.

I can't imagine the company is going to sit around and not put the $1.2 Billion cash to work. I doubt they would add capacity though at this point in time. Might add a complimentary company though. I mean they don't have any debt to pay off with the cash or anything.

Its really simple to analyze. If AMCC doesn't align R&D expenses and SGA to the appropriate levels then they will have a loss. I'm sure they will have a loss this quarter. I can't imagine anyone thinking they wouldn't. It should be very similar to last quarters loss.
