Are support & resistance levels in the same places ?

I think with the higher risk factors & so much unknon about the economy, support & resistance levels may have shifted - if P/Es and other valuations have been cut -15%, does that mean a support level that was at 30 is now at 25 1/2 ?

Aside : By the way, on one market radio show (Mowan ? ) today they were talking about Rydex bear funds...does this mean a short term bottom is near ...

I think from some simple financial stocks, where most of the investors tend to be value players, thai may have happened - these people will buy at 0.7 times book, or a p/e or 8 or a p/e of halt the S&P.

>>>Has any one seen this shift in support levels for non-value stocks, or is it too early ?
