How do you know what offices were combined? What about travel between the two companies?

And are revenues the same now as they were a couple years ago? Is the cost of goods the same? And how do we know that they will still sell as much as last quarter? It's been a month since their annual meeting.

What matters are forward guidance and we've seen many companies coming out cutting capex since their last cc. They might have to even guide lower for next quarter.

I'm not going to try to figure out if they'll earn money or not. It doesn't matter. I can't buy enough shares to cause it to go up. It bottoms when it bottoms.

If you want to figure it out, be my guest. Post what your thoughts are. I'd be interested to see how close they come to actual earnings.
