I think you are exaggerating the symtoms to fit the disorder
Everyone is free to witness the symptoms. Compare well known position speeches to those with some spontenaity. Take into account how long it took to come to a position on the first issue that was not scripted in the campaign. Consider his love of dogma over critical thinking. It all points to me to the same diagnosis.
