What do you think of the Saudi severing diplomatic relations w. the Taleban ?

An easy thing to do. The crunch will come if the US starts bombing Afghanistan, and will become more severe if ground troops are involved. Every means, fair and foul, will be used to convince Saudi fundamentalists that their own Government is aiding the US in the slaughter of their fellow Muslims. The same will happen in Pakistan.

This is, I believe, what bin Laden wanted to happen. I hope we don't make it easy for him.
