Looks like another Dan3 made-up fact to me.

Other than AMD's first coup of the retail space a few months ago, I haven't seen a single mobile design win from them. Your confidence would seem to suggest that Sony, HP, and Compaq home MPCs have suddenly accounted for the majority of mobile market share. What ever happened to Dell, IBM, Toshiba, and others, not to mention Compaq and HP's business lines? (Hint: they aren't shipping with AMD chips).
