Yep, except Clinton presided over the greatest prosperity in America history, and had a world at peace. Why if he was so weak didn't the attacks occur when he was President, maybe it was because they feared he was very smart and would do the right response. We will see what we do now, so far Bush is doing what Clinton had already done before we were attacked
