the clecs and dot-coms started running out of money last spring in 2000. if anything, blame clinton, the republicans, and the democrats for that telecom deregulation act of 1996 that started this boom and bust. all those IPOs and from what i recall, some $ 2 trillion of corporate bonds, much of which is evaporating.

yes but he brought it up from 500, so 500 to 2700 is a five fold gain. bush on the other hand has brought it from 2700 to 1500 a 40 percent decline and he did it in only seven months, I guess those those wall streeters don't understand what a genius he is. Any comments
