The Taliban is ours. The terrorist networks like the PLO are the KGB's. Another one is Israels, which backfired on them.

Carlos the Jackal was part of the PLO, and I am almost certain I read recently, although I can't find it again, that bin Laden was or is part of that same organization of terrorists that once called themselves Black September.
