I just don't see nukes being the weapon of choice. So he forces people to fight with him(I don't know if that's true) , and we kill them too? Fine. Here is the mission as I see it unfolding. We fly a cruise missile to an encampment where we think he might be (considering our intelligence there is probably pretty poor our targeting is probably not that good). He lives in a cave nearby, shielded from the blast and neutron flux. He lives and declares another victory, holding up the bodies of children who've been forced to live in the camp, now martyrs to Islam. Refer to pictures from the A-Bomb museum.
