CB, I think both the crop dusting and hazardous material maneuvers were deliberately designed to be discovered quickly and to signal to the American government and public what the next step of the terrorist campaign may be, if we don't behave: weapons of mass destruction.

They are probably bluffing, but we can never be sure.

It's called "build up the infrastructure" - get your manpower educated.

Haz mat license means just that - the driver knows how to transport it, what to avoid and how to proceed to the final destination in an orderly fashion. He has to know how to go with the flow, how to talk to the police, how to BEHAVE in these circumstances. Be a pro.

Your argument could apply to planes as well - wth did they need the pilot licences for, just get them a flight simulator -

<<Those guys were busy - learning to fly jumbo jets, trying to buy old jets, inquiring about crop dusters>>

Add to that shorting the stocks of airlines and plane markers, praying five times a day...

AND THEY EVEN SPOKE ENGLISH!!!

The flight schools are in Florida, right? Pretty soon we'll hear that they sabotaged the ballots in last years' presedential elections to denigrated US democratic system!!!
