Poet, I loved the Gould article. Please make sure you post it here so we can talk about it. I found it wonderful. Very touching, very meaningful, and it helped me to be mindful. What could be better? Perhaps we should all start mindfully performing acts of kindness. I know most of us have been kind anyway, but perhaps we should go out of our way to do this. I will try to do that today, if I can. Of course sometimes kindness kind of freaks people out, but that is ok too:-)
