Tim, cold fusion is commercially available, where have you been? There are three manufacturers in New Jersey alone, another two in Arizona. Home Depot is trial marketing a unit which is augmented by a kind of solar kick start roof unit that uses a reverse osmosis photonic well. Once primed its on its own for the life of the unit. Its not a lot of energy but its sufficient for many household uses, highway lighting and stuff in the desert that's low wattage. There are applications in most states to allow the units to be part of an energy conservation credit.
