Good. Now we have a base to discuss this: Now what happens on the charter group is overtaken by the events? Lets say you've got a bunch of barbarians, pushing in front of them the charter groups that continues move forward, like it happen with the Central Europeans pushed by Attila. You are going to notice that the charter groups were toppled. Now cut to the New World. A lot happened in the last 500 years in the New World. Let's say you have a bunch of Yankees missing the Queen of England, a.k.a Canadians, who will be forced to accommodate a lot of Asians who buy passports in a scheme disguised as investments.
