Yes, Accor is a public French company operating several hotel chains: accor.com

I don't know if it's traded in the USA on pink sheets, though.

WASHINGTON (AP) - A coalition of consumer groups sent a letter to state and federal prosecutors Wednesday asking them to be tough with Microsoft in the four-year antitrust case, calling for extensive business restrictions and allowing individuals to sue the company.

The groups also wrote a 33-page report detailing their concerns with the upcoming Windows XP operating system, which will reach the public soon.

"We urge the attorneys general, who represent consumers as plaintiffs in the case, to seek a swift and sure end to what we believe to be illegal leveraging of illegally obtained monopolies for the PC operating system and Internet browser," the letter states

NEW YORK (AP) - A new type of public service announcement featuring one of the Internet's founding fathers is targeting hackers who might consider cyber-retaliation for the Sept. 11 attacks their patriotic duty.

Some pro-U.S. hackers have already vandalized Middle Eastern Web sites, and many technology experts anticipate the Internet to become a theater of future international conflicts.

Although disruption has so far been slight, the FBI is concerned that a surge of hacking attacks and viruses could seriously degrade Internet performance.

I wonder what would happen if clients that use software that has open doors all sued for the cost to the company. This can't be done of course.

This particular boom could be very well be written down in history as one big bust. Some one asked me the other day what i felt would be a long range good investment and it ia very hard for me to see beyond a climate of increased prices and very little return. I love future but it appears our future is tied too much to costs of past mistakes.

Where innovation creates less cost and more ease this particular period is one where renovation is rather like restoring to Victorian vintage it creates more and more costs.

I suppose this all has to do with lack of quality control in our innovations.

Accor SA of France have also warned their earnings will be affected by the sudden drop in travel and tourism.

biz.yahoo.com

A fortunate whoops for me due to the pink sheets which are too hard to follow.
I felt due to the air scare that ground travel would be increased here. The decrease in wealth has i know affected abroad but I assumed there would be an increase in basic travel on wheels via highways with vacation becoming primarily geared to visit family members spread across our land. Point a to b meant to me a place to sleep and there of Motel 6 fell into the market of many who will be to frightened to fly for sometime.

I know there is a huge drop in corporate spending re corporate geared hotels. I did not anticipate a warning on this Accor due to it being lower end of the scale.
