Sent following e-mail to CNBC today for SEC Chmn. Harvey Pitt, who is due to appear as a guest later today.

"Are you willing to gut Regulation FD if you find that
volatility has increased since its inception?

Aside from the question of causality, I didn't know
that the purpose of full disclosure was to reduce
volatility.

Your recent comments before the House Financial
Services Committee (see below) are reminiscent of what
may happen when foxes are appointed to guard chicken
coops."

You may e-mail your own comments for SEC Chmn. Pitt at PowerGuest@CNBC.com w/ SEC chmn Harvey Pitt in subject line. At least on CNBC, we have a chance of our concerns being answered.
