Yet some in the AMD thread think that Micron is planning on buying AMD. Hard to believe that they would be in the market for more baggage at this point (not that AMD is baggage, but acquiring any company right now would be a liability).

Yeah, buying into any company right now would be bad. Intel buying into 500 dot-coms in the past few years was visionary genius.
