Stefan; End of quater action funds do 1st what the
money flow in/out dictates ,Then while doing 1 above
they dress up the portfolio by dumping the dogs and
adding to the winners. If they have inflow the
winners will move up nicely. So far it's been a move
from growth to value, but that will change after the
market bottoms.

I think the fund managers would want to get out of the dogs and seek some shelter in defensive type that held up rather well in the quarter like JNJ, KO, WMT, PFE, - in short large caps that have had less damage relative to the broad market.
