Because we are at very low levels now...risk reward type thing..and the DJBB reversed down..gave only 17 signals in a ton of years...

negative all the way...what with all this gigantic excessive money propping everything up here..we'll pay the piper sooner or later...

The only thing I could see driving rates up is a flow reversal of foreign investment. If, for whatever reason, foreign investors decide the US is higher risk or lower return- the outflow would cause US interest rates to rise.
