Mike just to give you a little more info on the SPRI play. Brainerd Int'l Raceway isn't a dirt track. It's a road course. They have Porsche races, motorcycle, etc.. that race there in the summer (besides the NHRA drag track). One can actually rent the track and even race your buddies.

As for the $200mln sports development getting done it's hard to say (especially now post WTC). However, the Brainerd area has seen explosive growth over the last 10 years. It is one of the most popular travel destinations in the state(hundreds of lakes in the area). There have been numerous top level golf courses built in the area. Many lake homes in that area easily sell for half a million or more(Gull Lake, Whitefish chain, etc). There is no shortage of money floating around up there. It's even a popular area in the winter, being one of the countries busiest snowmobiling hubs.

With the current economic malaise a lot of the wealth has a potential to disappear, so it's possible it's a good short. Stock doesn't appear to have any institutional support.

all fwiw, good luck.
