The ACLU is not always true to their stated mission. Heck, I'm not always comfortable with the application of the theory to practice. But I like the theory.

Also, note that the concept of school vouchers has some anti-libertarian aspects to it, since it results in government funding of private schools. It isn't exactly a black and white issue.
