Interesting chart pattern on KGC that should resolve itself soon.

askresearch.com

Granted this is k.to (canadian KGC), but given the volume it's a better indicator of what KGC will do next imho.

Notice the flag pattern. Given that the overall trend is up the next move should be up as well. I expect that once it breaks resistance and moves up we may never get another op at sub $1 KGC. Look at the previous move up from .65. Never got that low again.

I expect that this next move will be rather quick and will take us to 1.3 to 1.5 on KGC or 2 to 2.25 on K.TO. No real resistance until those pts.

Hi Slider. Yup we're getting closer to that patch bottom.

Certainly should have at least a good snap back rally as end of qtr Institutional portfolio blow out begins winding down. And what a blow out it's been ! Some of these patch charts look like Acapulco cliff divers.<lol>

Don't have much to add in the way of names. You and Sharp did a good job of covering that.

In the big caps, KMG and P acted well today. And BJS in the OS (which a few clueless chihuahuas piled into up near $20<g>) up a buck n' sm cng in the hi 15s. We ought to have an over and under on their chances of breaking even.<lol>

In the drillers, I'd just add PDS as a premier Canadian that will certainly participate

Sold all my NEM Jan calls today @ 5.10 vs 3.80 basis. Not spectacular. But OK for my 1st options trade in almost 3 years. Kinda like water skiiing. Your body doesn't forget. You just aren't in top form if you haven't been up on em in a while. Will probably reenter if I get the chance.

OT/You had me absolutely LMAO reading the RIG thread last night. Just over the top, Big Fella. Using their own posts from earlier this year to demonstrate one failed market call after another.

You were tap dancing on their freakin' heads. It was a classic. Well done.
