Without the clerics and true religious leaders of Islam making this point over and over and making sure those willing to die killing others realize they are NOT going to be with Allah, we are gonna have a tough time. So this is a good first step.

Absolutely, let's hope they become more active in this regard. It is the best hope for stability in the region. Not to mention saving many, many lives.

Do you have a reference or source for that information. If in fact Islam has a very centralized structure like Catholicism that is indeed an extremely important Fatwa.
