Interestingly, Goebbels came from a Socialist background, and continued to see the Nazis as social revolutionaries offering a third way between Communism and Capitalism, as did Mussolini, who began as a Socialist as well. He also learned a great deal studying Soviet propaganda techniques, and was enthusiastic about the Hitler- Stalin Pact, seeing it, initially, as a union of the two great Socialist powers in a war against World Capital.......
