Hi CB, My impression is that Canada doesn't have impoverished blasted out central cities in their big cities like the US does. Sorry. I was whizzing through the thread and I obviously took you out of context. We did have our share of `Visiter les slums`in Montréal while I was growing up but you are right that we have not yet experienced the devastation that the misguided idea of 'projects' produced.
