it can't get worse? I would like to believe we are within 10% of local bottom eg IBM at 88 52 W low 80. I just think one more minor terrorist incident anywhere in world and you will see new lows. The odds are not in a long's favor for a meaningful rally. I a lot more of money invested in US market will quickly disappear from US if safe haven status gets additional tarnish. RE your trading tactics, we are so over sold based on pre SEp 11 economic data that short covering rallies will keep you going along profitably but I think post Sep 11 data hasn't sunk in yet so watch out.
